Who Are we?

Our founder, Jay Blackburn, studied digital marketing at Middle Tennessee State University's Jones College of Business. There he learned the essentials of effective digital marketing strategies and how to apply them on a small business scale. He took this knowledge and started to freelance his work out, starting small by building websites for small businesses and e-commerce stores. This hobby continued to grow. Soon he was building and managing social media pages for business owners, optimizing websites for SEO, and even dabbling in small scale commercial shoots. Eventually he took his abilities and knowledge and started Mid Tenn Digital Marketing, a small business marketing agency in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Jay believes there are three core values that should be held in very high regard: honesty, integrity, and innovation. By keeping these three values at the core of what we do, we are able to offer fair, honest work that delivers.
